HaBaanMai is a Thai property marketplace for renting and buying homes, condos, land, and commercial space — with listings from owners, agents, and juristic persons.
What we do
HaBaanMai brings together property for sale and for rent across Thailand in one place: condos, single houses, townhouses, land, commercial units, and warehouses. Every listing carries its price, size, floor, furnishing, ownership type, and photos, so you can compare places properly before contacting anyone.
Every listing is reviewed
A listing does not go live the moment it is submitted. Each one is checked by our team first, and can be rejected or taken down if the details are wrong, the photos do not match, or the same property is posted repeatedly. Listings also expire, so what you see is what is actually still on the market.
Contact details stay with the listing
Phone numbers hidden inside a description are rejected automatically. The seller's phone and LINE ID live in dedicated fields and are shown to signed-in users on the listing page — that keeps contact details attached to the property they belong to, and keeps them out of scraped bulk exports.
Search the way people actually look
As well as province and district, you can search by neighbourhood — the informal names people really use — and by walking distance to a BTS, MRT, or Airport Rail Link station. Distances to nearby stations are precomputed for every listing with coordinates.
