Reporting a listing
The fastest route is the "Report this listing" section at the bottom of the listing page itself. A report filed there reaches our review queue with the listing already attached, which is quicker than describing it in an email.
Your listings and your account
Editing, renewing, marking as sold or rented, and deleting are all self-service from My Dashboard. If a listing was rejected, the reason is shown there alongside it.
Everything else
For partnership enquiries, data requests under the PDPA, or anything the pages above do not cover, email us and include the listing URL or your account email where relevant.
