What HaBaanMai collects, why, who can see it, and how to exercise your rights under Thailand's PDPA.

What we collect
Account data: your email address, display name, and — if you sign in with Google — the account identifier Google returns. Listing data: everything you enter into a listing, including the contact name, phone number, and LINE ID you choose to publish with it. Usage data: which listings you favourite, and a per-listing view counter. Consent data: your cookie choice, stored in your browser's local storage rather than sent to us.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, and it does not load at all until you actively accept analytics cookies in the consent banner. Decline, and no analytics script is loaded. The cookies required to keep you signed in are not optional, because the site cannot hold a session without them.
Who can see your data
The contact details on a published listing are shown to signed-in users who open that listing — that is the point of publishing it. Your email address is not shown to other users. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared with service providers only as needed to run the site: hosting, image storage, Google Analytics (with your consent), and Google Sign-In if you use it.
How long we keep it
Listing data is kept while the listing is live and for a period afterwards so that expired and sold listings can be renewed or restored. Deleting a listing removes it from the site immediately. To delete your account and its data, contact us.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you can request access to your personal data, correction of it, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing analytics consent is instant — use the cookie banner. For the rest, contact us and we will respond within the statutory period.
