What HaBaanMai is
HaBaanMai is a listings platform. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any transaction arranged through the site, and we do not hold deposits or handle payments between users. Any agreement you reach is between you and the other party.
Verify before you commit
We review listings before publishing them, but a review is not a guarantee. Always inspect a property in person, confirm ownership and title documents, and verify the identity of whoever you are dealing with before paying a deposit or signing anything.
Posting a listing
You may only post a property you own or are authorised to advertise. Details, photos, and price must be accurate and current. Phone numbers are not permitted inside the description — use the contact fields. We may reject, edit, or remove any listing, and suspend accounts that post misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent content.
Your account
Keep your login credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not scrape the site, resell its content, or use automated tools to harvest contact details.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for losses arising from listings posted by users, from dealings between users, or from the site being unavailable.
Changes
These terms may change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
